Villa Xanthos is in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 3-4 minute taxi ride from the town centre, restaurants, shops, bars and beach clubs. The villa has beautifully designed interiors and exteriors and a private swimming pool.

It is spread over four floors and has 4 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open-air jacuzzi on the terrace. The villa's amenities are second to none, with several equipped gym equipment, a table tennis table, and a table football, making it an ideal selection for leisure and fun.

NOTE: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like to book more than one property nearby, Villa Xanthos is situated close to the 5-bedroom Villa Platos.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, two wing chairs, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. This bedroom has a private balcony with outdoor seating.

4. Bedroom: Third/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. This bedroom has a private terrace with an open-air jacuzzi and outdoor seating.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is located on the first floor and features a sofa, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

There is a Guest's WC on this floor.

Kitchen

The villa's kitchen has been stylishly designed and features everything you might need during your stay. It features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. There is also a dining table for 8.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace of the villa has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a round al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
