Villa Sunrise is situated around a 7-8 minute drive from Kalkan's Old Town, restaurants and shops.

The elegant living area features three comfy sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The pool area is easily accessible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table for 6 guests.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace boasts a stunning private infinity swimming pool, complemented by sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a built-in BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Thing to Know

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Sunrise is situated next door to Villa Sunshine.

The final 100-200 metres of the road to the villa consists of a concrete slope. Therefore, an SUV vehicle is recommended.
