The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its shower room. The bedrooms on the upper floor have private balconies with fantastic sea views. Villa Sila is a taxi ride less than 10 minutes from Kalkan's town centre, restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs.

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the indoor pool.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-facing balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-facing balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The modern living area features two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a side table and a flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The pool area is easily accessible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table that can accommodate 6 people within the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive pool terrace features an impressive private infinity swimming pool with an integrated children's pool designed for safe and fun splashing. The terrace is well-appointed with ample sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a built-in BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
