The kitchen features a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, ice maker, microwave, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware needed for a self-catering stay.

The open-plan living room is flooded with natural light through full-height glass doors leading onto the pool terrace, which exudes comfort and contemporary elegance. The area features a seating group, flat-screen TV, complimentary internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table, allowing guests to relax in a modern setting.

The utility area includes a washing machine, a sink, an iron, an ironing board, and a high-capacity ice maker.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
