Villa Serendipity offers a number of seating areas on the pool terrace, balcony and rooftop terrace. Arrive via a private parking lot; descend a flight of stairs to the main courtyard with a sun-filled garden, providing plenty of shade in the mornings and warm afternoons.

Note: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like to book more than one property nearby, Villa Serendipity is situated next to the 4-bedroom Villa Afsana, the 3-bedroom Villa Komurluk and close to the 1-bedroom Villa Nana, and the 4-bedroom Villa Setara.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double upon request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar/dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating area, and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
