Villa Phi, located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, is an exquisite property situated a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi, while the top-floor bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub. The property offers plenty of amenities, such as a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a cinema room, and a gym. The outdoor area features a large pool terrace with sea views, sunbeds in the shallow end, and jacuzzi jets in the pool.

Note : The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £200 weekly.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double on request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second/top Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, freestanding bathtub, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a coffee table, complimentary wifi and a separate WC. Full height glass windows provide access to the outer terrace.

Kitchen

Well-equipped kitchen features a round dining table, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The large pool terrace features a private pool with jacuzzi jets, shallow area with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
