Villa Mulberry 8 is located approximately a 10-minute drive from the town centre of Kalkan, where restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs can be found.

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

Living Room

The modern living area features an L-shaped sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The pool area is easily accessible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also an island unit/breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features an amazing private infinity swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. The terrace is well-appointed with sun loungers, parasols, a cantilevered cushioned day bed, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a built-in BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Mulberry 8 is situated close to Villa Mulberry 5, Villa Mulberry 6, and Villa Mulberry 7. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 24 guests.

The final 200-300 metres of the road leading to the villa is in poor condition, with 100 metres consisting of a concrete slope. Therefore, an SUV vehicle is recommended.
