Villa Makri is a new addition to the Fethiye area, capable of accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa is located just 2 kilometres from the centre of Fethiye, conveniently near a market and a restaurant. Featuring a spacious garden and a private swimming pool, our villa is enveloped by lush greenery and harmoniously blended with nature. Additionally, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating, making it available for rental during the winter months. It's a perfect location to enjoy quality time with family and friends while escaping the routine of the season.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
