Villa La Casa Rosa is a luxury property located in the Oludeniz area of Fethiye. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Orka World Waterpark and a 5-minute taxi ride from the centre of Oludeniz, where various restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are available. Oludeniz Beach can be reached within a 10-12 minute taxi drive from the property.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, all equipped with essential amenities. The master bedroom features a jacuzzi bath as well. The interior living space and kitchen are designed for functionality and comfort, serving as an area for relaxation after daily activities. 

The outdoor space includes a pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ. The property also offers a spacious grassy area with table tennis, a basketball hoop, football nets, and playground equipment. This area is suitable for activities and entertainment for children and teenagers.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, and vanity table. This bedroom does not have en-suite facilities and benefits from a shower room on this floor.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and vanity table. This bedroom does not have en-suite facilities and benefits from another bedroom on this floor.

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The ground-floor living room features two large sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, side tables, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool terrace from this floor. The first-floor living room features two sofas, two side tables, and a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, an outdoor dining table, and a stone BBQ. The garden features a table tennis table, a basketball hoop, football nets, and playground equipment. An attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
