Villa Kavak is located in the Aegean area of Yalikavak, Bodrum, just a short 5-minute drive from Yalikavak Marina. The villa includes 6 lovely bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and scenic views of Yalikavak Bay. It provides a range of amenities that cater to a comfortable living experience.

Living Room

The living room features an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. There is also a dining table for 8 guests.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £900, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
