Villa Infinity is located near the Lavanta area on the outskirts of Kalkan. The villa is positioned on a hill, offering panoramic views of Kalkan Bay, the Patara coastline, and the Taurus mountains. It is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and a 3-minute drive from nearby supermarkets, including Migros and Bim. 

The villa features a number of fantastic amenities, such as a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a gym area, a table tennis setup, and a rooftop jacuzzi.

The accommodation comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, yet the villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the form of sofa beds able to accommodate 4 people in the main living area and a further sofa bed nestled in the master bedroom. The interior features a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen. The villa also has an outdoor area with a pool terrace, a swimming pool, a pergola-shaded outdoor day bed, and various outdoor seating options for dining or enjoying the views.

Note : Pool heating is available for the indoor pool at an additional cost of £26 per day.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace with swimming pool features comfy sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor day bed, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table, table tennis and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
