Villa Doreena is located in the central part of the Ortaalan area in Kalkan. The villa is a perfect choice for those looking for budget-friendly options for their holiday. It is a 10-minute walk from the town centre, brimming with restaurants and shops, and a quick 2-3 minute stroll from Migros and Anka supermarkets. 

Villa Doreena features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lovely interiors and an expansive pool terrace. If you enjoy dining outside, the villa offers 2 BBQ dining spaces: one located on the rooftop terrace and another on the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room and are located under the villa's eaves. Therefore, there is a limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
