Villa Coton is one of a pair of almost identical luxury properties located next to each other in Kalkan's Lavanta region. This amazing villa provides captivating vistas of Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

The property features 2 en-suite bedrooms, a sauna, a hammam, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool(Width|2.5m, Length|5m, Depth|130cm), which can be heated at an additional cost. The villa is a perfect fit for guests who seek a spa-like experience. The enclosed pool area is also ideal for families or groups of friends seeking extra privacy.

Villa Coton is situated approximately a 7-8 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and bars are available.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace and the indoor swimming area.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, an island unit with extractor fan, a dining table for 5, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious patio, which is wrapped up by a grassy area, features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table, and a stone BBQ. An attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £125 per week.
