Villa Cigdem is a beautiful property located in the Akbel area of Kalkan. It is only a short 5-6 minute drive to the town centre and the beach clubs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are on the first floor: one is a double bedroom, and the other is a twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a nice jacuzzi bathtub, and both bedrooms have balconies where you can relax. The third double bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area have large windows from the floor to the ceiling. These windows let in a lot of natural light and connect to the pool area outside.

Outside, you will find a private swimming pool with a shallow section for relaxing. There are sun loungers and a large parasol for those sunny days by the pool. The pool area also has a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded outdoor dining table, and a stone BBQ for cooking.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV on the wall. There are sliding glass doors that make it easy to get to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a water cooler, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, a stove, and a dining table for 6 people. It also has all the plates, pots, and other tools you need for cooking and eating during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace has a private swimming pool with a shallow part for easy access. There are sun loungers to relax on, a large parasol for shade, and a swing seat. You can also find shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ for cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
