Villa Cassa, situated in the Kiziltas region of Kalkan, provides a range of amenities typically associated with a 5-star hotel experience. The villa includes an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, games room, and exercise equipment, all located on the lower ground level, offering comfort and elegance.

This contemporary villa features 4 en-suite double bedrooms, each crafted for comfort and seclusion. Three bedrooms are located on the upper levels, complete with private furnished balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. The fourth bedroom is positioned on the lower ground floor, providing ease of access and a more serene atmosphere.

Villa Cassa is located a 20-minute downhill walk or a short 3-4-minute taxi ride from the town centre. Taxis are abundant, fairly reasonable, and available for returning to the property, as much of Kalkan is situated in an elevated position.

Living Room

The modern living area features an L-shape sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board. The pool area is easily accessible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The chic kitchen, adorned in dark hues, comes equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table that can accommodate 8 people within the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace offers a large private swimming pool complemented by a separate children's pool. Amenities include sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, two outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
