Villa Bride Premium is a luxury concept villa in Kalamar area of Kalkan with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people. The master bedroom has a double jacuzzi to relax. The property has spectacular sea and Kalamar Bay views. It allows beautiful sunset moments. If you like to go to beach club as well as swimming in the pool, nearest beach club which is Kalamar Beach Club is only 7-8 minutes walk or a couple of minute drive from the villa. Kalkan town centre is approximately 5 minute drive from the villa as well.

Spacious open plan living room comprises of L-shape plush furnitures, coffee table, dining table, air conditioning and comlimentary internet. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, dinnerware for 8 people and all the other utensils required.

Pool and Garden

Sheltered pool terrace includes infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
