We are delighted to add Villa Blue Diamond to our range of properties in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan for the 2025 season.

The villa boasts 3 en-suite bedrooms, generous living spaces, a large pool terrace, and stunning views of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Blue Diamond is positioned just 70 metres from the shoreline, and it’s only a 3-minute stroll to several beach clubs, such as Zest, Palm, and Denizim Beach Clubs. The town centre of Kalkan can be reached in about a 10-12 minute walk from the villa.

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished sea-faced balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, water cooler, dining table for 6, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace surrounding the pool features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
