Villa Black Rose is a delightful property in the Ulugol region of Kalkan, only a 5-6 minute drive from the town centre. It boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The villa features 2 inviting bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with twin beds. 

Inside is a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area features a private pool for swimming, sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine, parasols for shade, a pleasant dining space outside with a stone BBQ, and even a swing seat for relaxation.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar with 4 stools, a dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The outdoor terrace by the pool has its private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols for shade, a lovely swing seat, a cosy covered seating area, a dining table for outdoor meals, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
