Villa Babadag is one of two nearly identical luxury properties located next to each other in the Oludeniz area of Fethiye. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the centre of Oludeniz, where restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found. The famous Oludeniz Beach is accessible within a 6-7 minute taxi drive from the property.

The villa houses 3 en-suite bedrooms, each well-appointed. The master bedroom on the top floor features a jacuzzi bath. The interior living space and kitchen are designed for comfort, serving as a functional area for relaxation after daily activities. Outside, the pool terrace provides a private swimming pool with a children's section, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table for eight, and a stone BBQ.

The living room features two large sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors provide access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen, with fumed colour, includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a stone BBQ. An attendant is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
