Villa Atlas is a semi-detached property located in the Kalamar area, positioned behind the Elixir Hotel and The Brothers Restaurant. It is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to Kalkan town centre. Nearby amenities include restaurants on Kalamar Road and the Migros and Macro Center supermarkets, all within walking distance.

The property features three en-suite bedrooms on the first and second floors. The first-floor double bedroom includes a Juliette balcony, while the twin bedroom has a private balcony. The second-floor bedroom offers a private sea-facing terrace equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi. The ground floor contains the living, kitchen, and dining areas, with a sliding glass door leading to the pool terrace. The outdoor area features a private L-shaped swimming pool and space for sunbathing.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom is situated under the property's eaves, and the sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with outdoor jacuzzi.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machines, kettle, oven, hob, dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private L-shape swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

 The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
