Villa Alya is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan. This property is part of a trio of adjacent villas created to provide guests comfort and privacy. It houses 2 en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite boasting a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

The property features a spacious private swimming pool, a sauna, a table football, and a table tennis table. The enclosed pool area is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking additional privacy.

Villa Alya is located just under a 10-minute drive from Kalkan's town centre, where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs.

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi bath, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

Living Room

The spacious living area features an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a walnut coffee table, and a wall mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The pool area is easily accessible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table for 6 guests.

Terrace and Pool

The sheltered pool terrace features a fantastic private infinity swimming pool. The terrace also features sun loungers, a parasol, a swing seat, a table football, a table tennis table, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table for 6, and a BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Alya is situated next door to Villa Sirena, and Villa Harun. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 12 guests.
