Villa Alkan, perched at an elevated position in Kiziltas Kalkan, boasts enchanting sea views over Kalkan Bay. This scenic property is located just a 20-25 minute walk or a quick 3-4 minute drive away from Kalkan town center and beach clubs. The property has 5 en-suite bedrooms. On the lower ground floor, Villa Alkan has a gym area for workouts and a games area with table tennis, pool table and dart board for fun and L-shaped sofa with a large wall mounted TV. This floor also houses a utility room that includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are modern and generous in size. Full-height glass doors allow a flood of natural light into these areas. These areas provide direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. Outside, It features a private swimming pool, accompanied by sun loungers and parasols for guests to relax and soak up the sun. There's also an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £75 per day.

The living room offers a comfy L-shape sofa set, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, Yamaha Piano and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
