Villa Alen is a semi-detached property located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. It offers views of Kalkan Bay, particularly from the top-floor bedroom. 

The property features 3 bedrooms, ample living space, and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious pool terrace offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor daybed, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ. 

Kalkan town centre and nearby beach clubs can be accessed within approximately 10-12 minutes on foot, while the Migros Supermarket is within a 5-minute walk.

2. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven, hob, dining table, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor daybed, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ. An attendant completes Cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
