Gabriella Apart is an upper duplex in a uniquely designed development of 16 apartments. It is situated in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan and is a 15-minute stroll to the town centre. Numerous amenities are also accessible within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms located on the top floor, including one double and one twin. The double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a safe deposit box. The first floor consists of a living room alongside an open-plan kitchen, which boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge space. Additionally, the living area includes two large couches that can comfortably accommodate 1 more guest. The apartment offers extensive L-shaped balconies on both levels, providing stunning sea views.

The complex features large communal sun terraces with beautifully landscaped garden spaces and an impressive pool that measures about 45 meters in length, spanning the entire width of the complex. The poolside area has wooden loungers with cosy cushions and parasols

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin Beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Living Room

The living room houses an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a hob, a dining table and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for bookings of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
