We are thrilled to add this spacious, contemporarily designed 3-bedroom villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season. Villa Zelis is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering a combination of modern design and luxurious amenities. This villa features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. One of the standout features of Villa Zelis is its breathtaking sea views, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points throughout the property, including the living areas and outdoor spaces. 

The villa has a range of upscale amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. Guests can enjoy a sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), an indoor pool (which can be heated for an extra charge), and a jacuzzi in the master suite.

The thoughtful layout of Villa Zelis makes it particularly suitable for conservative families, providing privacy and comfort in a modern setting.

Villa Zelis is located approximately 6-8 minutes by car from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available. Two nearby supermarkets, Sok and Migros Jet, provide shopping options for guests.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor has a spacious and modern open-plan setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a significant amount of light, making this floor bright and airy. This floor comprises the living area, kitchen, dining area and the first bedroom of the villa.

The living area features two avant-garde sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a smart TV placed in a beautiful unit. The sleek kitchen with beige and black colours features the most modern appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, hob, Turkish coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. 

There is also a laundry area, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in a cupboard under the stairs. The guest's WC is also located on this floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room with a canopy bed and an en suite shower room. It has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

You can easily access the pool terrace through the large sliding doors from the open-plan living area and bedroom 1.

First Floor

The first floor houses the remaining bedrooms, indoor pool, sauna, and hammam. There are two rattan chairs, and a side table is also available in the first-floor hallway. You can enjoy the spectacular sea views from the bedrooms or while you are swimming in the pool.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes and a double jacuzzi bath. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes and a baby cot. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Outdoors 

The outside space of the villa is expansive and very suitable for basking in the sun. The pool terrace features a sizeable swimming pool with Roman steps and a children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table, a BBQ and table tennis complete the terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Important Notes

The villa is accessed via a set of 48-50 ascending steps, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility difficulties.

The final 200 meters of the road to the villa consists of a steep concrete slope.

The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £45 per day.
