Built in 2024, Villa Zek is a luxurious property located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. It is a 5-6 minute taxi ride to the town center of Kalkan. Villa Zek offers 4 en-suite bedrooms designed to provide guests with ultimate comfort and privacy. The villa includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, table tennis and table football. This spa area features also a kitchenette, a L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. The living space, dining area, and kitchen are tastefully designed with stylish touches and ample space, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and leisure. Outside, the pool terrace has a private pool, sun loungers and parasols, providing an ideal setting for enjoying time in the sun. The alfresco dining table and barbecue area offer the opportunity to dine al fresco.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £25 daily.

Living Room

The living room features a elegant sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
