Villa Yesil is one of four similar neighbouring villas in the Kordere district of Kalkan. These villas are fancy and private, each with beautiful sea views. The town centre of Kalkan, beach clubs are a 6-7 minute drive away and supermarkets like Migros jet and Sok are just a 5-minute walk away from the property. The property has 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has also a jacuzzi bath. To further enhance relaxation, a sauna is also available for use. The living area of the villa is designed with a contemporary touch. The dining area and kitchen are well-equipped, offering a comfortable space for meal preparation and dining. Outside, the villa has a large pool terrace that houses a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a shaded al fresco dining and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi section which can be used as a children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
