Villa Yakut, situated in the Lykia Estate area of Kalkan ( close to the Asfiya Sea View Hotel and the Likya Residence Hotel + Spa ), is a property that offers truly breathtaking sea views. Its convenient location provides easy access to the town centre, where a variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be found within a short, 8-9 minute walk. Additionally, the renowned Indigo, Cakil, and Yali beach clubs are just a short 10-12 minute walk away. 

This charming villa has the capacity to accommodate six guests in its 3 spacious bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for all. Two double bedrooms are situated on the first floor and share a beautiful furnished terrace, which they can enjoy together. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the sea views and have drinks before heading into the town centre.

On the ground floor, the living room, American-style kitchen and dining areas have been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and functional space for relaxation and culinary delights. The twin bedroom is situated on the same level.

The well-designed pool terrace, extended wooden deck and round-sized swimming pool further enhance the appeal of this exceptional property.

Living Room

The living room of the villa has comfortable sofa set, an armchair, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American-style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace comprise a private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
