The property forms part of a well-designed seven-villa development, and guests have access to a beach club-style split-level sunbathing area situated close to the shoreline. This communal space allows you to enjoy the sun comfortably and stylishly, with each villa having its own designated area furnished with an adequate number of sun loungers. To access Water’s Edge 2, you will enter through a wooden gate from the street above, where there is ample parking space. There is a winding path through newly planted gardens leading to the entrance door. Please be aware that the path from the villa back up to the road is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
Ground Floor
The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and boasts a welcoming ambience, offering ample space for the entire group to relax and unwind. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs set, a coffee table and a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven (which also functions as a microwave), kettle, toaster, water cooler, and dining table for eight guests. There is also a guest WC and a laundry room on this floor, with the washing machine housed inside a cupboard. The sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering breathtaking views of the bay.
The first bedroom of the villa is situated on this floor, adjacent to the living area at the back of the property. It is a double room with an en-suite bathroom. There are sliding doors from this bedroom that lead out to the garden.
First Floor
There are three generously proportioned en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third has twin beds. The master bedroom is roomy and well-lit, featuring two armchairs and a small table as well. Each room is tastefully furnished with two-tone wood furniture, built-in wardrobes, and vanity stations. The two double bedrooms share a large balcony, which is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy exceptional views across Kalamar Bay. The twin bedroom is situated at the rear of the property and has a door leading to a balcony, which is furnished with two wooden chairs and a table.
Outdoors
The outdoor space has been meticulously designed with a private salt-water infinity pool situated to optimise the vistas across Kalamar Bay. The pool also features an integrated jacuzzi and a shallow section. It is accompanied by eight sun loungers, two large parasols, comfortable outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table and a built-in BBQ. Table tennis is also available under a pergola. You also have the option to take a stroll down the steps beyond the pool to the sunbathing platforms and waterfront, where you can spend a day swimming, snorkelling, or simply relaxing and soaking up the sun. The beach club style swimming platforms are accessed via a series of steps and then a gently sloping path.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
Note 1: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £275 per week.
Note 2: The property forms part of a development that comprises a further six Water's Edge properties ( 6 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom x 4 ). This configuration is ideally suited to accommodating larger groups comprising any combination of villas, with all seven available for booking together (subject to availability). This makes the property ideal for larger groups of family or friends, or even wedding guests who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.
