Villa Waratah is located in Kiziltas area of Kalkan in an elevated position with unrivalled views of Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The property has 5 modern bedrooms sleeps up to 10 guests. Contemporary interior and exterior of the villa offers restful environment for its guests. Especially you can feel that while you are cooling off in the pool, enjoying drinks, watching sunset or reading book on the pool terrace. On the lower level there is also a well-equipped games room including a table tennis, a table football, a treadmill and a playstation as well as other great amenities.

It features plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, wall-mounted flat screen TV, fireplace, complimentary internet. A utiliy room is also located on same level including washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features island unit / breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils / dinnerware necessary during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace has a large infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
