Villa Vita, positioned conveniently in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, is a captivating property that offers magnificent views of the Kalkan Bay. The villa consists of 3 beautifully designed bedrooms. Two of these are located on the ground floor, featuring easy access to the pool terrace through large sliding doors, providing a seamless connection to the outdoor amenities. The master bedroom occupies the second floor where you can enjoy the remarkable sea views facilitated by full-height glass windows. This bedroom is further adorned with a jacuzzi bath, along with a balcony tastefully furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. The interiors of the first floor include a spacious living room and kitchen, ideal for relaxation or home cooking. It also features a balcony providing breathtaking sea views, further enhancing the villa's appeal. The outdoor area of the villa is a recreational delight with a provision for table tennis. The pool terrace, complete with a private swimming pool, swing seat, sun loungers, and an al fresco dining area, ensures a peaceful outdoor experience. The villa perfectly balances its tranquil setting with a convenient location. A leisurely 10-15 minute walk leads to the bustling Kalkan town centre. For everyday essentials, supermarkets such as Migros and Macro Centre are just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally,  a variety of restaurants sit along the Kalamar road, easily accessible within an 8-10 minute walk.

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace, completed with a large swimming pool has comfy sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
