The inside is stylish and rustic, designed using lots of wooden features, perfectly blending with the natural landscape outside. Its serene yet accessible setting, along with the comforting interiors and peaceful garden area, makes Villa Veranda an ideal choice for a Kalkan holiday.

Interiors

Access to the villa is along a private road, and upon entering the property through the glass door via the veranda, guests are greeted with a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The living area features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, where guests can relax and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Sliding glass doors provide access to the veranda.

The fully-equipped kitchen is homely with modern appliances and plenty of countertop and cupboard space. It has everything required for a self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils needed. Glass doors at the end of the galley-style kitchen open to the veranda. A wooden dining table seating 4 is ideal for indoor dining, again with glass doors nearby accessing the veranda.

The master bedroom with en-suite shower room features a king-size bed and a single bed, meaning the property can sleep up to 5 people if required. The bedroom has a calming feel and includes bedside tables, a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, and a vanity table. Glass doors lead to the shaded veranda furnished with two chairs, perfect for admiring the sights with a morning coffee. The en-suite shower room is distinguished by its unique design, which includes a natural exposed stone feature in the corner, complemented by elegantly tiled walls.

The second bedroom is a bright, airy twin with a bedside table and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. Sliding glass doors give access to the veranda with sea views. A separate WC and shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for guests' use.

Outdoors 

The vast outdoor space has a spacious wrap-around veranda to match the villa's name flawlessly. The veranda, to the front and the side of the villa, is shaded by a pergola and offers breathtaking visions of Kalkan's Bay. It's furnished with a cushioned outdoor sofa and armchair set with a coffee table and an alfresco dining table seating 4, great for eating meals outside with an inspiring outlook.

Next to the veranda along the garden path is a soothing double swing seat with a canopy on an elevated terrace, providing uninterrupted vistas and a blissful place to unwind. A portable BBQ is also in the garden area.

Further along the garden path is the swimming pool, which has been positioned impeccably to provide guests with panoramic mountain and sea views. The pool is accessed by a ladder and is partially covered by a pergola along with the surrounding terrace and sun loungers, giving the choice of shade or sun. There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The 5th guest will be accommodated in the Master bedroom on the additional single bed in that room. This arrangement is best suited for a small child and may not be ideal for an adult
