Villa Unlimited 2 is a luxurious villa with stunning views of the sea and mountains. It has six stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a chic living area, and a private pool terrace. The open-plan living space on the ground floor is connected to the pool terrace and has an indoor dining area, double-story windows, and a ground-floor bedroom. On the top floor, two bedrooms access a spacious roof terrace with a jacuzzi. The outside space includes a large infinity pool, a raised children’s pool, ample sunbathing and lounging space, a table tennis table, and a fantastic location in central Kalkan close to the high street.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 350 GBP weekly.

Living Room

The spacious lounge area is beautifully arranged and has direct access to the outdoor pool. This room is designed as an open-plan space with an indoor dining area. Above the dining area is a double-height ceiling and windows that fill the room with sunlight. In addition, this space is furnished with a seating group, LCD television, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. It features excellent amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler, oven and hob, and all the utensils required.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace is sea-facing and has a private swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool and jacuzzi. The surrounding patio is furnished with a hammock, sun loungers, an alfresco dining table for 10, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
