We're delighted to share the exciting news that Villa Trios will exclusively feature in our portfolio for the upcoming 2025 season! Villa Trios is a spacious and comfortable villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. This villa features four generously sized 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.  

The property offers ample indoor and outdoor space, including recreational options such as table tennis and football on the pool terrace.

The villa is situated approximately a 15-20 minute walk or a short taxi ride from Kalkan town centre.

Ground Floor

A spacious open-plan living area, kitchen and dining area occupy the villa's ground floor. The living area has two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay, including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, and hob. The dining table for 8 is also situated in the kitchen. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found under the stairs in a cupboard.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Bedroom 2 is a twin with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. This room shares a shower room with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 is a twin with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. This room shares a shower room with bedroom 2.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 4 is the master room of the villa. It has a double bed, an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the top-floor terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views. It is furnished with outdoor seating.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Trios includes a spacious environment suitable for relaxation in the sun. The pool terrace features an L-shaped swimming pool, 8 sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a table tennis, a table football, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Trios is situated in front of Villa Visos.
