Villa Town is a charming property that was refurbished in 2022. It is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offering a perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Kalkan town center and its restaurants, bars, and shops, is just a short 10-minute walk away. Villa Town is also situated just a short walk from Migros and Macro Center supermarkets on Kalamar road. The villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it an ideal holiday for families and groups of friends. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, including a luxurious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the other two bedrooms are interconnected twin and double bedroom with a shared bathroom. Both rooms share balconies with a swing seat ideal for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. The fourth bedroom, located on the second/top floor, provides flexibility with one double and one single bed, along with a bathroom and a step machine, offering a cozy retreat for additional guests. The living space, dining area, and kitchen inside are bright and expansive, providing ample room for relaxation. The sun terrace outside is inviting, with a private pool that features a relaxing jacuzzi section, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, shared bathroom and WC. This bedroom is interconnected with bedroom 3.

3. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC. This bedroom is interconnected with bedroom 2.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, a single bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The spacious living room features a comfortable L-shape sofa, coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
