Villa Titanic is located in the Kiziltas region of Kalkan with 5 bedrooms up to sleep 10 guests. Two of the double bedrooms feature jacuzzis.

The contemporary property offers stunning sea views, especially from the bedrooms and roof terrace. In addition to a modern and stylish design, this magnificent villa features a fitness area, sauna, hammam, table tennis and a heated pool, which is situated on the roof terrace. The rooftop pool offers excellent moments while watching the sunset with lovely drinks.

The villa's location is a 3-4 minute drive to Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and harbour. You can find a supermarket called Kanga, which is very close to the property.

Note: The glass sided plunge pool on the top floor can be heated upon request at an additional cost of £200 per week.

5. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open to an ample private roof terrace with scenic views of Kalkan Bay. The roof terrace has outdoor seating, a coffee table, two sun loungers, and a parasol.

Living Room

Spacious open plan living room has a L-shape sitting group, television, dvd, complimentary internet, air conditioning, nest of table and seperate WC. There is a easy access to the pool terrace by using sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish, modern American style and dark tones has been used. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table for 10 guests, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

Large and private pool of the villa has an integrated jacuzzi.  On the pool terrace, there are high quality sun loungers, parasols, comfortable sofas, a swing, dining table and BBQ. For entertainment, there are also table tennis, dart game and basketball hoop. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
