Villa Titanic is located in Kiziltas region of Kalkan with 5 bedrooms up to sleep 10 guests. Location of the villa provides couple of minutes drive to Kalkan centre. The contemporary property has a stunning sea view and all bedroom have sea views. Some of the bedrooms have jacuzzies.  As well as modern and stylish design, this magnificient villa features gym area, sauna, hammam and a heated pool which is situated at the roof terrace. Heated pool offers great moments while you are watching sunset with the lovely drinks. 

Note : The glass sided plunge pool on the top floor can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 200 GBP weekly.

Spacious open plan living room has a L-shape sitting group, television, dvd, complimentary internet, air conditioning, nest of table and seperate WC. There is a easy access to the pool terrace by using sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish, modern American style and dark tones has been used. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table for 10 guests, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

Large and private pool of the villa has an integrated jacuzzi.  On the pool terrace, there are high quality sun loungers, parasols, comfortable sofas, a swing, dining table and BBQ. For entertainment, there are also table tennis, dart game and basketball hoop. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
