Villa Syren is a beautiful property in Buyukcakil area of Kas. It was built in 2023 and has great sea views. The beach, called Buyukcakil beach, is just a 10-minute walk away. The town center of Kas is also only a 5-minute drive from the villa. The property has 3 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom offers fantastic sea views. The double bedrooms have furnished private balconies. The interiors are sleek and modern, offering a stylish living area, kitchen, and dining space. Stepping outside onto the sun terrace, you are greeted with a refreshing swimming pool with jacuzzi section, which can also be used as a children's pool. The outdoor area of Villa Syren features sunbathing platforms, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi section which can be used as a children's pool, sunbathing platforms, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
