Villa Survival is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, approximately a 10-minute drive from the town center. This amazing property features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes an indoor pool that can be heated for an additional charge, while the second double bedroom is equipped with a spacious double jacuzzi. The villa also includes a sauna and a pool table. It is surrounded by views of the sea and mountains, providing a sense of privacy, making it suitable for families seeking a quiet and secluded retreat.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Villa Survival includes a spacious open-plan living area that combines comfort and style. It features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances adjacent to a dining area suitable for family meals or gatherings. The living area includes two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a side table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. The stylish kitchen features a fridge freezer, oven, toaster, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, water cooler and all the utensils needed. The dining table for 8 is also situated in the kitchen. This floor also contains a sauna, a pool table, and a football table for leisure activities. The layout and amenities are designed to facilitate relaxation and socialization for guests.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a guest's WC.

First Floor

The first floor houses the first two of the bedrooms of the property. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and private furnished balconies and offer incredible sea views.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV and a jacuzzi bath. 

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Second Floor

The master double bedroom occupies this floor. It has a private balcony with outdoor seating, a swing seat and two sun loungers with a side table. You can enjoy the most stunning sea and mountains from here. This room also features an indoor pool, which can be heated upon request. It has bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

Villa Survival's outdoors offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The villa's large pool features a kid's and shallow pool sections. The pool terrace includes 4 sun loungers, parasols, two bean bags and side tables, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
