One of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower ground level, which is accessed by an external staircase from the side of the pool. The attractive pool terrace has been very well thought out and offers an abundance of space and amenities. There is an infinity pool with children's paddling pool, outdoor seating, shaded alfresco dining area and BBQ. Within walking distance from the local restaurants, shops and boasting dazzling sea and mountain views, you will have the best holiday at villa Squid 1.

3. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-faced balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : Rooftop/Second floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The bedroom has access to the roof terrace via large glass sliding doors. The roof terrace, which features a jacuzzi tub, offers open sea views and is furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing sundowners. Please note the ceiling height is partially restricted in this bedroom.

Living Room

The luxurious lounge has a perfect relaxing area complete with comfortable furnitures, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, iron, ironing board, complimentary internet, air conditioning  and separate WC. The lounge is at the ground floor and opens out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

An open plan kitchen sits on the ground floor adjacent to the pool and combined with the living room. This room is equipped with an indoor dining area and modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven , hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required during a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The upscale pool terrace offers all you need to enjoy outdoor living. At the front there is a private infinity pool with children's paddling pool fringed with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
