We are thrilled to add this spacious, contemporarily designed 4-bedroom villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season. Villa Spectre features expansive interiors complemented by stunning outdoor areas, offering spectacular sea views in Kalkan.

The property features 4 generously sized en-suite bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the Master suite is situated on the top floor. Each bedroom offers spacious accommodations and stunning views, making them well-proportioned and appealing for guests. 

The villa is situated in a tranquil location above Kalamar Road, providing remarkable views of both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays from every level. This elevated position enhances the serene atmosphere while allowing for breathtaking scenery. Kalkan town centre and harbour is just a 5-minute taxi drive or a 20-25 minute walk from the property. The closest supermarket, CarrefourSa Supermarket, and the closest restaurants on Kalamar Road, such as The Brothers, The Kitchen Korsan, Porcini, and Cafe Vita, are around a 10-minute walk downhill, too. You can also reach beach clubs such as Lures, Kalamar or Kulube Beach Clubs within a 15-minute walk downhill.  

Ground Floor

The property is accessible from the street below through a gate equipped with a security system. The entrance leads down a few steps to a spacious open-plan living area, which features a large L-shaped black colour sofa arranged around a coffee table. The living area also includes a flat-screen Smart TV that provides access to Netflix, subject to the use of a personal account.

The kitchen features a modern design with granite countertops and an island unit that can be used as a breakfast bar. This island includes an electric hob, extractor fan, and 3 stools. It also features a fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a water cooler. There is a dining table set for eight between the kitchen and living area. The laundry room, which includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer, can also be found on this floor opposite the WC/cloakroom.

First Floor

The first floor features three bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom featuring glass doors that lead to an en-suite shower room equipped with a double shower and WC. The room also includes a separate walk-in dressing area containing a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a vanity table. Sliding doors provide access to a shared covered balcony with two chairs and a side table where you can admire the views of Kalamar Bay.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a picture window and a WC with an opaque glass door. The room has a walk-in wardrobe containing a dressing and vanity tables. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony with two chairs, offering exceptional sea views.

Bedroom 3 features twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and a dressing table with a chair. It includes an en-suite shower room, and sliding doors offer access to the covered shared balcony. 

Second/Top Floor

The second floor is accessible via a set of marble steps. At the landing, a glass door opens to the roof terrace, which features a cosy seating arrangement designed for guests to enjoy the sweeping views of Kalkan, Mouse and Snake Islands.

Bedroom 4 is the Master bedroom, which occupies this floor and includes a luxurious in-room Jacuzzi bathtub, a basin, and a separate shower along with a WC. The room features a built-in wardrobe, complete with a dressing table, two chairs, and a vanity table. The sliding doors open to the rooftop terrace, where you can see captivating sea views.

Outdoors

The villa's outdoor space includes an infinity swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section and a shallow area with steps for easy access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a decked area equipped with two double daybeds and six additional sun loungers with side tables for convenience. Two parasols are also provided for shade.

The al-fresco dining table accommodates 8 people comfortably and includes a built-in BBQ. A pergola features a sofa and two armchairs arranged around a coffee table, providing a space to relax while enjoying the views.  

A gym with air conditioning and a wall-mounted TV is located halfway up the steps from the street, and It features free weights, a weight bench, a yoga mat, a treadmill, a cycle machine, and an arm curl chair.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Spectre is situated close to Villa Ausoleil (5 Bedroom) and Villa Safran View (4 Bedroom).
