Villa Smith sits in the serene Kordere district of Kalkan.  It provides a wide range of amenities including a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, pool table, table tennis, table football, air hockey, and underfloor heating, ensuring guests have plenty to do without leaving the premises. Villa Smith is around 6-7 minute drive to the town center and beach clubs. The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor houses a double bedroom, complete with a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak. This room also features a furnished balcony with lovely sea views. The remaining bedrooms, another double and a twin, are located on the lower ground floor. These rooms provide easy access to the spa and games area. The living area, kitchen, and dining space in Villa Smith are spacious and offer beautiful sea views. These spaces create a comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy their time. Stepping outside, you can enjoy the private salt water swimming pool that includes a children's pool as well. The sun terrace also features sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. 

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £30 daily.

Note : Underfloor heating system can be activated on request for an additional cost of £35 daily.

Living Room

The living room has a sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool with children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
