Villa Siv is a recent addition to our collection for 2024, situated in a peaceful area of Kisla Kalkan. Kalkan Beach Park and Green Beach Clubs are approximately 12-13 minutes walk away. The town centre can be reached in about half an hour on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. The property has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three of which are located on the first floor and the other two on the second floor. There is also a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. The interiors of the property are modern and cheerful. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are equipped with modern appliances to ensure your comfort. Outside, the sun terrace features a private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional cost. There is also sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating and a pergola day bed, offering ample space for relaxation. On the left side of the property, there is an al fresco dining area with a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfy sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
