Villa Simena is a lovely property situated centrally in Kalkan. It's only a short 9-10 minute walk away from the old town of Kalkan and its amenities. This splendid villa is generously spread out with 4 en-suite bedrooms, each carefully designed to provide a restful holiday. The main bedroom is really special. It is equipped with a jacuzzi and a balcony that has views of the sea. There's also a swing seat on the balcony, perfect for sitting and relaxing. The second floor houses another double bedroom which opens up to a large terrace. This space is equipped with an al fresco dining table, outdoor seating, and a BBQ and offers dazzling views of Kalkan Bay. Remainin bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor. The villa has two living areas and kitchens, one on the ground floor with fireplace and another on the lower ground level. The ground floor living area extends to a furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading books.  The lower ground living area is right next to the pool area. The lower ground living area and kitchen has a direct access to the pool area. Outside, There's a sun terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and bean bags. There's also a mini table tennis and a dining table under shade.

The ground floor living room features plush sofa set, a coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lower ground living room features sofa set, a coffee table, flat screen TV, air conditioning and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The ground floor and lower ground floor kitchens feature a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar/dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a mini table tennis, shaded al fresco dining table. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
