Villa Simena is located in Yesilkoy area of Kalkan. The property has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms up to sleep 7 guests. Master bedroom includes a jacuzzi and heated pool. Pool terrace does not get any sight from outside which provides great privacy for conservative guests. Table tennis which is situated in the garden provide zestful moments while you are having time at the villa. The property is very suitable for kids as well since there is a children's pool and a playground. 

 Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost. Please ask during booking.

The living area is modern an ideal space for entertaining. It offers a comfy sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Private pool of the villa includes children's pool as well. Pool terrace comprises sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. There are table tennis, comfy outdoor seating and children's playground as well. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
