Villa Setara is one of our exclusive collection villas. The property offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodates up to 8 people. It is located in prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan and it is approximately a 10-minute walk along a coastal pathway to Kalkan town center, restaurants and shops. Every detail of the villas has carefully been designed in contemporary way. All of the furnitures of the property has been picked stylishly. The property offers you and your friends an unforgettable holiday with its magnificent sea and nature views. 

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £250 weekly.

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary internet. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Fully equipped American style kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven and hob, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8 people, a spoon and fork set and glasses. The kitchen is  located on the pool floor.

Terrace and Pool

Includes a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, BBQ and al fresco dining area. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
