Living Room
The ground level comprises a split-level open-plan lounge and comfortable seating area, which leads to the modern, bright kitchen and breakfast bar section. The lounge area features a plush L-shape sofa, rattan seatings, a coffee table, air conditioning, fireplace, flat screen TV, an attached study area comprising of a desk, sound system, computer, modem and complimentary wifi. This ground level has also a guest bathroom with tub and WC. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.
Kitchen
The split-level kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar with 5 stools, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay. Adjacent to this is an open plan seating area, with TV viewing.
Terrace and Pool
The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, an outside sofa bed, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. There is also a utility room including a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other required tools(accessible from outside). Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
