Villa Sedir Ev, is one of the three stone villas located in Kalkan Kiziltas with the breathtaking views of the sea and nature.The property which is arranged over two floors has 3 en-suite bedrooms and additional jacuzzi to the master suite.The pool and pool terrace can not be seen from outside which is highly suitable for conservative guests. The property has an indoor pool situated in ground floor double bedroom.

Note : Indoor pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 190 GBP weekly.

Our villa's living room features a sitting area, TV, internet access, a dining table, and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our villa's private swimming pool is conservative and completely invisible from the outside. On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Indoor pool dimensions are 3 m x 5 m x 120 cm depth. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
