We are delighted to introduce Villa Seas the Day, a 3-bedroom property situated in the Kiziltas region of Kalkan. This property features a spacious split-level pool terrace, a private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional fee, and a rooftop terrace offering unique vistas of Kalkan Bay. The property is designed to provide a comfortable holiday experience for guests during their stay. Villa Seas the Day is approximately a 4-minute taxi drive from the town centre, where restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs are located. Additionally, there is a supermarket, butcher, and grocery store within a short distance from the villa.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is dedicated to open-plan living space and a twin bedroom. The lounge area comprises a comfy navy blue L-shaped sofa, a wide coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV. The well-equipped, sleek kitchen features a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, microwave, kettle, water cooler and all the utensils needed. There is also an island unit/breakfast bar with stools, a bookshelf design on the left side, and a round dining table. The sliding glass doors provide easy access to the shaded outdoor seating and dining area. 

The first bedroom of the property is a twin with an en-suite shower room. It features bedside tables and a wardrobe. 

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on this floor. Both bedrooms have lovely sea views and share a balcony with a round table and two wooden chairs for enjoying the sea views. 

The first double bedroom is situated to the right of the stairs and features bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe and a jacuzzi bath. 

The second double bedroom is situated to the left of the stairs and features bedside tables, a vanity table and a wardrobe. 

Second/Top Floor

The top floor houses the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. It also features a terrace furnished with an L-shaped seating corner to enjoy outstanding sea views.

Outdoors

The ground-floor terrace offers ample space for relaxation, reading books and sipping delicious drinks. It has a private swimming pool, six sun loungers, parasols, a seating corner, an extra shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al-fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note 2: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £200 per week.
