Villa Safran View is located in Kalamar area of Kalkan. The property has 4 bedrooms up to sleep 8 guests. Three comfortable bedrooms are strategically located on the upper floors, offering panoramic views and allowing for an abundance of natural light. One bedroom is nestled on the lower ground floor beneath the pool area. Sits on the elevated position, the villa overlooks the bay and mountains. The property has stylish interior and spacious outdoor space. There are two outdoor pools as upper and bottom. Bottom one is a an extensive infinity pool. Upper one has an integrated jacuzzi and it can be used as kid's pool as well. At the top is roof terrace with a round open-air jacuzzi and uninterrupted view of Kalkan. It is approximately 5 minute drive from Kalkan town centre and beaches.

Contemporary lounge area has a seating group, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, complimentary internet, air conditioning and seperate WC. It is easy to step out onto the pool terrace from living room through large sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

Full equipped American style kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace is split-level and has a private swimming pool on each platform. At the bottom is a deeper infinity pool with a surrounding sunbathing terrace including ample sun loungers and parasols. The upper terrace has a shallow pool with integrated jacuzzi, outdoor seating, shaded alfresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
