Villa Safran Country is located in sought after Kalamar area of Kalkan, the property has 5 bedrooms. Since one of the bedrooms has one double and one single bed, 11 guests can accommodate at this modern villa. Every room of the villa has been designed carefully and furnished stylishly. There is an open air jacuzzi on one of the bedroom's balcony as well. You can relax while you are enjoying Kalkan views. Thanks to its great location, Villa Safran County is walking distance to the Kalamar Beach and it is very close to shops & markets.

Elegantly designed living room has stone coal colour furnitures, dvd player, television, complimentary internet, air conditioning, nest of table and a seperate WC. Sliding doors provides easy access to pool terrace.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen has been decorated tastefully.  It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self catering stay. 

Terrace and Pool

The large and half secluded pool includes kid's pool as well. Pool terrace comprises sun loungers, parasols, elegant sofas, a swing, al fresco dining area and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
